Private Thanksgiving dinner – Irvine

Approximately 25-30 attendees for mid-day Thanksgiving dinner, and socializing before and after. Will need use of the kitchen, bathroom, social/dining area, and outdoor areas. Please let me know what the cost would be, and what exact hours I would have access and use of the building. Also, please tell me the cancellation policy in case of inclement weather.
