AMENITIES
Cascade Mountain Resort has several amenities that make life more enjoyable. These amenities are open to members and their guests only.
Freeland Summit Haus
The main room is a large open area with tables and seating for 100+ guests.
The kitchen is equipped with a convection oven and grill, a gas range with convection oven, a double fridge, a chest type freezer, ice maker, and steam tables are provided for cooking, storage, and serving.
The food prep area includes stainless tables, a large commercial triple sink, and 2 stainless dishwashers. The area is sufficient for preparing for both large and small groups. A variety of stainless pots and pans are available as well as a wide selection of serving pieces including several chafing dishes heated with Sterno®.
China, stainless flatware, and glassware are provided for your convenience.
A large outdoor area includes several tables, a gas grill, and open deck area for use during the spring, summer, and fall seasons.
The charge to rent the Freeland Summit Haus is $25.00, along with a damage deposit of $50.00, to be paid on two separate checks. For additional information, see the Access & Amenities Policy PDF or contact the Social Committee Chairperson.
Tennis Courts
Two Laykold courts are provided for member/guest use. Courts are secured by 12’ chain link fence and combination lock. Please be reminded to use these courts for tennis only. Tennis shoes are required. Courts are to remain locked when not in use. Combination will remain active until privilege is abused and will be changed yearly. The courts are available to members in good standing and their guests.
The combination lock code is 0679.
Swimming Pool
Attractively appointed with chaise lounges as well as tables with chairs and umbrellas, the beautiful Cascade 60’ pool has a depth range of 3 to 8 feet.
Access is by both stainless ladders in the deep end as well at steps with a stainless railing in the 3’ area. No diving is allowed.
The pool house includes a large open area with several tables for parties; men’s and women’s dressing areas with toilets, changing areas and hot showers.
The pool is staffed by CMPOA-paid attendants at all times. No lifeguard is employed so members/guests will swim at their own risk.
Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas.
The pool and pool house are available to members in good standing only. Members are required to show identification when initially receiving their pool and guest passes. The attendants will have a roster of current members. All members and guests are to present the appropriate CMPOA pool pass and sign in at each visit.
Please read the pool rules in the Access & Amenities Policy PDF. Please be aware that the attendants will enforce these rules and failure to adhere will result in the party being asked to leave and may result in privileges being suspended.

Playground
The playground is well maintained and inspected annually for safety issues; however, supervision is highly recommended.
Otter Lake
Stocked with small mouth bass, crappie, and brim the pond is available for catch and release fishing. Members may supply their own non-motorized boats for personal use.
