Thank you for taking the time to visit the new Cascade Mountain website.

The website has been designed to meet the needs of our community by providing accurate and up-to-date information for Cascade Mountain property owners.

The website will also be used by the Cascade Mountain Property Owners’ Association board to encourage our members to become actively involved in our community by joining at least one of the committees that exists to serve and improve our lifestyle. Active committee participation by members of our community will be vital to the future of our mountain.

Cascade Mountain is a community that is positioned for the future. As we develop the vision for Cascade’s future, we continue to celebrate its past as we embrace the present.

The CMPOA board of directors is guided by the concept of stewardship. We understand that our decisions today will have a lasting impact on tomorrow and so each decision that impacts the community must be carefully considered.

The CMPOA board and various committees are working diligently to provide residents, property owners, and future generations an outstanding quality of life.
